Hand Design 

This butterfly design was created from an assignment to develop a concept clothing brand. I decided to call the company Dual Flight, focusing on producing fashionable clothing that used recycled plastic materials to reduce landfill waste, and helping to restore nature’s balance.

I thought of this simple design to promote my Dual Flight brand because I am passionate about what a butterfly represents. To me, it means elegance, beauty, and growth. It means the balance of nature and life.  It was the perfect symbol of the concept that I was trying to convey that clothing could be both practical while using recycled materials, and be beautiful like a summer butterfly.  I wanted the design itself to mean that anything can be art, no matter how big or small, no matter how crazy or simple the design may be, and no matter the material it was made of.  Every design has a story to tell about the product, and its purpose.
