Website Building

Client interactions often begin with a website.  First impressions can make or break a small business.  Our design group was tasked with helping a local business to create a new website with an outline on Figma. 

The build process began with collaboration between the client, a Westminster University student computer science team that created the website code, and my communications and design student group.  The focus was to create a modern and simple layout that made the navigation for the site easier and reduced the clutter that was in the website.

My part of the project was to integrate the client’s ideas with input from our design and computer science team.  I made a simple design to help user accessibility, experience, and visual clarity. 

The final product improved usability and also gave the business a modern and professional look with a user-friendly presence.
